Administration Questions
1. How easily can I access student data organized the way
I need it?
WorldMedic Healthcare Learning Center enables you to
view student training histories individually or by department,
job category, job title, date range, or course title grouping-or
by any combination of these criteria. In addition, each organization
may add up to four customized demographic fields for custom
filtering. These robust ad-hoc reporting capabilities are
complemented by a suite of compliance reports that aggregate
training data for employee group, providing a broad overview
of your organization's training success while enabling you
to identify problem areas.
2. How are appropriate courses assigned to students?
WorldMedic Group Assignment function is a remarkably
flexible and convenient method of matching appropriate courses
to students. Through Group Assignment, you can assign a bundle
of courses to all students matching a chosen demographic profile.
For example, you could assign a particular regulatory course
to all students while assigning a targeted nursing assignment
on pain management to all R.N.s in the oncology department.
Courses can also be assigned to individual students.
3. Does your program offer 24-hour availability from any
location?
Web-based training via WorldMedic Healthcare Learning
Center is available anytime, anywhere. Your employees can
access WorldMedic? e-learning any time of day from any location
with a computer, Internet connectivity, and a 4.x (or higher
version) browser.
4. Will my employees have a personalized, user-friendly
interface for taking courses and earning credits?
With WorldMedic Healthcare Learning Center, your employees
will access the Healthcare Learning Library through an easy-to-use
interface featuring your organization's name. Every time a
student logs into WorldMedic 's Healthcare Learning Center,
the system will recognize his or her demographic profile and
display the student's personal learning page.
5. What are our options for providing customized, organization-specific
content on your system?
Alongside our library of accredited online courses, WorldMedic
provides a choice of innovative ways to deliver organization-specific
e-learning to your employees.
1. Annotations. You can place
annotations-onscreen comments that provide key information
for students-in regulatory courses (such as fire safety, electrical
safety, etc.). For instance, on a screen about safety officers,
you could add an annotation giving the name and phone number
of your facility's safety officer. Annotations can be directed
to your entire facility, particular departments, or certain
job categories.
2. Content Development. WorldMedic?implementation
team can take your organization's educational material online
for your employees to view through your Healthcare Learning
Site.
