2. Do you offer free, attentive customer service by phone
and e-mail?
WorldMedic? Healthcare Learning Center is a comprehensive,
service-based product. A WorldMedic account manager
sees each customer through the implementation process and
provides ongoing support to help ensure your organization's
success. Additionally, WorldMedic provides live customer
support via phone and e-mail from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (central
time), Monday through Friday. Users can access a list of frequently
asked questions and responses online, anytime.
3. What IS resources will be required to implement and
maintain your product?
With the Healthcare Learning Center, you need not purchase
software, servers, or elaborate computers. All you need are
workstation PCs and Internet connectivity. (Please see our
hardware requirements document for specific details). WorldMedic
handles all data backup, server uptime, upgrades, security,
and any troubleshooting in the Web?based application. Additionally,
we provide maintenance services to keep your e-learning site
and employee records current.
4. What security provisions are built into your system?
WorldMedic maintains a strict security and privacy policy
for our users. We protect you from security threats through
careful monitoring, firewall technology, and password encryption.
All data that passes between your organization and WorldMedic?
servers is protected by 128-bit encryption via Secure Socket
Layering-the state-of-the-art means of protecting data on
the Internet. Within your organization, an administrator's
access may be limited to certain locations or departments,
and to certain functions within the application. Furthermore,
we use the latest equipment and expert technical personnel
to ensure that your transactions and stored information are
protected.
